Kim Braungardt is a seasoned real estate professional in both the sales and appraisal aspects of the industry.
After graduating from KSU in 1996, Kim spent a couple of years in the corporate world before venturing out into real estate at the age of 23. She quickly became a top producing salesperson and then transitioned into the appraisal industry at age 30.
Since that time, Kim has stayed active in the sales aspect of the industry, but has also climbed the ranks as a Certified General Appraiser and has acted as an expert witness in various court cases.
With more than 26 years of experience, Kim can guide you through any transaction regardless of the complexity. Her most recent move of launching Braungardt Real Estate Services, LLC now allows her to provide all aspects of real estate services with a team of professionals that is fully committed to their clients.
